Russian traditional food

There are a lot of interesting dishes in the world. Russia is famous for its athnic cuisine . Now I want to tell you about pelmeni . Pelmeni is a popular dish that comes from Siberia . Some people think that originally, the dish was brought from China to Siberia . The Siberians found that pelmeni can be kept frozen for a long time with losing any flavour .
They were the perfect food for hunters because they could be sure that they wouldnt go off . To cook them , you slimply boil them in salted water few minutes . Pelmeni can be made with  different fillings : beef  , pork , lamb , fish , mushrooms and onions and they are usually served with sour cream and vinegar . Today , pelmani is available in the frozen food section of the supermarket . Another popular dish in Russia is caviar . It is the salted eggs of sturgeon , a fish  lives in the Black and Caspian Seas . Russia , more than any other contry , is known for its hight quality caviar . They were the main cosumers fo caviar and fisherman sent them the best of their producte . Russian Tsars and they often call it "food of the Tsars ". Each year , Nicholas the second got around 11 tons of caviar . As well caviar Russian love eat with pancakes ( another one Russian traditional food ). Now adays , caviar is expensive and peaple serve it for holidays .
As for my , I love eat pelmeni , caviar and pancakes .
